Tutor Profiles

Hiya! I’m Nelly, and I like marmite and peanut butter on toast, at the same time. I teach song and fiddle for shooting roots at Broadstairs and Towersey Festivals, and also love dancing, song-writing, mummers’ plays and generally all things folky! I’m in my final year of a degree in Environmental Biology at the University of Birmingham , where I spend most of my time counting greenflies and measuring cabbage leaves, which I quite enjoy. I also love swimming in the sea, playing classical violin, bird watching and trying to surf. I grew up in the Forest of Dean, where I spent all my time climbing trees and chasing butterflies. Very little has changed!
